Not sure about the year, looks like the 2nd WB cage is a bolt-on, and the brakes are nutted style, but it has the shorty Campy dropouts, so has to be later than '79. Anybody familiar with that Columbus (Zeta?) tubeset? In any case, looks to be a nice find!
