yes the seat tube cage is bolted on, took it for a spin, handles sweet. I most likely will put my Campy aero brake levers on it to get rid of the extra cables to clean it up a little. Will be keeping it mostly orginial. It's been a while since I used downtube shifters, felt weird at first.
