The frame is straight gauge 20-30 steel. Not terrible, but certainly a cut below Reynolds, Columbus, Tange, etc. Seeing that you'd have to put some parts and labor into it, I think $40.00 - $60.00 would be a reasonable offer - maybe add $10.00 or $15.00 if the saddle is a Brooks in decent shape.
