excuse me, they are PAID for their labor. You know that thing you get every two weeks, called a paycheck. They have no right to perpetual employment at any given business. They are stealing PROPERTY.
Explain how one "takes back" their labor when they have already been paid for it??? The fact they choose to work after the shop was suppossed to close doesnt obligate the owner to keep paying them. Its called at-will employment.
So the shop shut down. SO WHAT? If I buy a car from a company that goes under while my vehicle is still warranted--oh well, I made a mistake buying that commodity. If I sell my labor to a company that goes out of business--oh, well, I made a poor decision selling my labor to that company.
