You know, despite the "no bikes" postings, I've seen a lot of bikes on Nicollet between 6am & 6 pm; but I've only ever seen messengers pulled over/ticketed.
A couple weeks ago on the way to the bar, about 10 pm, this smart a$$ biked past me on Nicollet, right where it becomes a no-bike zone during the day. He yells, "No biking down Nicollet! You'll get a ticket!" just before he turned the wrong way up a one-way. I couldn't help but laugh.
