I joined the 50+ and I started as newbie, junior member and one day I got on line, I was a senior and had some reservations about it. Hence, I added the line "not quite a senior". I need few more years to attain that status and receive full benefits of being classified as one such as discount coffee at McD, public transit fares, theaters and other discounts applicable to seniors. I still get carded once in awhile when I visit liquor store despite the display of grey hairs and thinning on top. But I appear to be a young senior and the reason for getting carded now and then. and being refused discount for coffee at McD.
