Not really. I've only done the ride the one time. If you follow the link above to the GFLBT, on that page you'll find the routes we did this year. There was a 74-mile "Four Falls Tour" between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes, a 56-miler between Seneca and Keuka Lakes and a 44/55 mile circumnavigation of Keuka Lake.
