I generally will file a complaint if I have a tag and someone's being an extreme moron. Although it's "my word against theirs", its worth that the fuzz have some idea that a drivers a menace (presuming they actually have a licence). At the very least, if something does happen down the road, the jerk doesn't have a "spotless record".
