I use "The Old Bike Shop" on Pier Ave in Hermosa Beach. Mohammad's a good guy and ridiculously fair.

Bill Ron Cycles on Torrance Blvd. in Redondo is really good- ex-Pro team mechanic, I think- but keeps very limited hours and may even be by appointment only these days.
