I just don't understand what part of your brain is so mis-wired that you go "I don't like the way these guys are riding their bikes so much that I want to run them over with a car". There's no irony in a statement like that. Also, there's no such thing as "rhetorical irony", but i'm going to assume you meant "figure of speech".
