I'm neither frustrated, nor raving.

I've worked my whole life to avoid living in huge metropolitan areas. Maybe this is my problem-- that I don't understand 'city life' or whatever...but in none of the places I've lived (and I've lived all over, even in a couple of reasonably large cities) would I consider riding like that acceptable. If I ever did it, I'd feel like a ******bag.

And...where I grew up, you run in front of a car on your bike, they ain't stopping...and chances are it's a pickup coming down on you. If they do stop, it's likely there's a shotgun hanging on the rack in the cab.
