Oh I'll admit it. I don't even mind buying the woman cartiridges if they're on sale or the man ones are out of stock. But after comparing my facial razor with a girlfriend's leg razor of similar design, I realized they were exactly the same. But you're right that some models have handles shaped differently.
edit: I will say that I never use the same blade on my legs as I do my face.
