I'm out, guys.
I have an appt. with my Primary doctor next week. She thinks my knee pain is just overuse (I described both the Grand Tour and Lighthouse rides and the amount of headwinds involved, and she thinks I likely overcompensated and was out of alignment as was suggested in my knee pain thread.
She mentioned that I could cause it to become an injury if I push it without knowing exactly what is causing the pain.)
Regardless, she has suggested I lay off another ride that involves heavy climbing and/or headwinds and, um, I think this ride has both. So, you guys have fun out there. I'll be spinning flat miles close to home if I ride at all this weekend.
