might be a stupid question but I'm fly in to toronto with my bike and was wondering if there is any issue packing c02 refills with my bike?

cargo is pressurized correct?
they won't blow up and scratch my frame ....most importantly?
customs won't give me any hassel?
stupid question maybe but better safe .......
