I can't help, but everything on the OP's bike says "I'm a 1979 PS10" to me:
frame tubes could well be 531 - those seatstay caps were only used on Reynolds frames (while chainstays and seatstay on this one should be seamed),
but Stronglight 49D didn't come on PR60 or PX60,
fully painted chainstays rule out all PX anyway,
too short chainstays with too few room for fenders - the 60s series had quite some space for these, achieved through much longer chainstays,
luxe Competition hubs didn't come on PR10s, wrong color too.
So no, probably *not* a PA or a PX or a 60 and even not a PR.
And then there's not much left, and to all of this the '79 PS10 was the only model with a 531 fork (do I see the remainders of the sticker?) and the heavier type fork crown, while earlier PS10 didn't have the half cromed fork.

Phhhooo, this one was heavy ...

I remember that having had *exactly* this trouble with *exactly* this model before (do I even imagine having seen exactly this picture before?).
Oh, I love classifying Peugeots ...
