2: There are a number of NJS builders out there, but a limited number of components. Hatta, Shimano, Sugino, Nitto, and a very limited run of Campagnolo track stuff is NJS. All wheels are 36-spoke, all hubs are loose-ball bearing. Kashimax makes NJS saddles and top-tube protectors.

I'm sure there is a complete list on BF somewhere, but the results are probably swamped with stupid threads like this one full of people complaining.
