I have never trained before (other than 30 second sprints, and 45 laps a day of swimming.)
Then, I will be unstoppable!!!
A case(+) of beer a night, and a 70 mile round trip ride to work (67 miles by car, 3 by bicycle) every day seems to do the trick for me. While not wholly proven, falling down a lot seems to boost my stamina.
