Me, too. Even when it's in the teens, I just wear a midweight Smartwool shirt and a lightweight shell for blocking the wind. And I still sweat! I just sweat easily and a lot. I've come to accept it and give myself 15-20 minutes to cool/dry off after I get to my destination and bring a spare shirt.
