I'm now building up a steel frame and have a doubt about the seatpost. Nominally the frame is for 27.2, but the seatpost fits somewhat loose - has some play. However, if I tight up the collar screw, all seems OK, and the tube cut still is not closed. Could it cause any problems? Which is the max acceptable inner seat tube diameter for a 27.2 seatpost?
