Trying to figure out the sizing that I need. Problem is that no shops have one built in multiple sizes near where I live.

Are you supposed to run a more compact size on a track frame than what you would on a road frame?

I am 6' 1.5"

59 Seat tube center/top
57.5 Top Tube

Bare Knuckle
58 Seat tube center/center
57.5 Top Tube

The BN 58 is the closest to what I ride now in TT length, just don't know if I should drop down to a 56? What is the typical cm difference in CC vs CT?
