Those Shimano heels will last a long time, mine are going on 2 years with no worries. If you do a lot of walking in them, then it might be a concern.
Thanks, Pat. You know, I do walk a lot and David teased me with the fact that I "socialize" while on my rides, running around taking pics and talking to people.
