I've got some Campy ones in good shape. There are some rust stains on the two sides bolts that look like bleed-through from the swaged nuts under the shift levers and a touch of light rust on the clamp nut. A few rust pin spots on the clamp by the nut as well. I'm pretty sure these would clean up nicely. PM me if you're interested.
