I agree Ryan, it is very difficult to judge the distance/speed of an oncoming vehicle.

Thus, I have a question for my fellow cyclists on this board who are always irate about getting cutoff by cars: if it is difficult for a cyclist to judge the speed and distance of an oncoming bus, just why should it be so damn simple for a motorist to judge the speed and distance of an oncoming bike?

Remember this before you launch into an irate-anti-automobile rant whenever you get cut off.
