I pretty much ride steel. Well, when I'm not riding aluminum. Or carbon. Or titanium.
I think you're missing the point - you're free to love whatever works for you. You're free to post thoughtful posts about your feelings. But when you post in public, expect to get some responses. But don't expect everyone to agree with generalizations drawn from experience with 2 bikes. Go ride 30 more bikes and report back. It's a big bike world out there and everyone has an opinion.
