The Supercorsa pista has a bb drop of 60mm (the Vigorelli has 58mm) so I don't think thas the Supercorsa bottom braket is low

I was at the Cinelli factory near Milano last week and the Supercorsa pista is really nice, the problem is that is quite expensive, at something like 1200 euros is more than the double of the Vigorelli.

I've a Vigorelli waiting to be built at home :-) (I'm just waiting for the Miche Advanced cranks)
