Left a little bit later than usual this morning because I was watching the Tour, suffered a pinch-flat about 3 miles from home. First flat I've had. Took me about 15 minutes to replace the tube, got to work about 12 minutes late. Very nice ride coming home though traffic was heavier than usual. Relatively mild weather (warm, not unbearably hot) for this time of the year in Ga.
