Yuck...I felt like I was riding through soup today with the humidity. I was still sweating 15 min off the bike. I ended up just hanging out in the locker room trying to dry off.

Today I rode my road bike instead of my commuter. Its amazing the difference between them. I found myself pushing harder to go fast, but my speed differential (average) was 4 mph! That's quite a difference. Group ride tonight in Black Earth. Should be interesting
