lots of pain, but long days and night to fill...can take up to three oxycodones every three hours as needed. i also am hooked up to a polar3000 cooling pump to help with the shoulder swelling. my left hand looks like a sponge bob character though.

thanks for responding...i like alone and this is my second major surgery of the season...already had a non-cancerous testicular operation and was trying to get in a few miles when i went down.
