Bikes: Cannondales's

A little over six years ago I was also injured badly in a wreck. I was on motorycle and not my bicycle. I broke my shoulder in three places and also broke seven ribs all on my left side along with other injuries. It was almost three months before I was even able to sleep in a bed. I slept sitting up. To add insult to injury I couldn't even go to the bathroom by myself. I had to be waited on hand an foot.
Even though my accident was on a motorcylce I was a avid bicycle rider at the time and was riding close to three hundred miles a week. It took about six months to heal enough to be able to ride my motorcyle but the accident ended my bicycling for what I though for good. I tried several times to ride my bicycle since then but it was just to painful.
Now the good news is I had a operation done on my shoulder a little over a year ago to repair damages that was not found at the time of the accident. This past April I started back riding my bicycle and have rode about 1200 miles in since then. I recently crashed on my bicycle and broke a couple ribs on the same side as I did when I had to motorcyle accident. A couple of broken ribs don't hurt nearly as bad as seven ribs and I am still riding my bike. Fortunately I did not reinjure my shoulder.
This reason I am telling you this to tell you not to get discourage now It may take time but hopefully you will be back riding your bike once again just like I am doing now.
