The Bell FlatBlocker Max is a single tube in the box on the shelf. It is not a tube to use as spare. You won't be able to patch it. WalMart sells Bell tubes without slime but with thick walls. I can recommend them.

What I suggest and use is a brand new innertube , a tire with at least a Kevlar belt under the tread and a tire liner. I am a Mr Tuffy tireliner convert even though there are things that will go thru the Kevlar belt and the Mr Tuffy and your innertube.
