Thanks guys. I didn't want to replace my former lust for soda with something equally bad (in large frequent quantities). I might try the 100% juice + water idea.



PS - I only ask because I have probably 100 empty sports drink bottles left over here by friends and whatnot, and I don't think anyone I know has ever come to my apartment to work out.
