2 questions.

1. where can I get these Kool-Stop Dura type pads with holders? I only see them online in a couple of places, pretty inflated prices. Best price seems to be the Yokozuna aparently-rebranded-KS pads at $11.99/pr but with a $40 min order, and next bes is $17/pr from BikeTiresDirect. Is there a better option?

2. will these pads/holders fit on my Tektro long-reach dual pivot calipers? I presume so..
