Which do you think will loose that spare tire in less time?
50 crunches and situps @ quick rate everyday... or riding 13,000 miles in 52 weeks?
If you do those situps or crunches at 80-90 rep per minute.. and 500 a day, the fat will come off from the waist.. for sure.
