The price seems very high for a Gitane of that vintage with Dura Ace. There are better/more collextible bikes selling for a lot less. You can also scope a similar or better bike with Reynolds tubing and Campy components for less. The price is way too high. Plus - unless it can definately be proved it really was raced in the TdF, the value is strictly in the frame and parts. I'd consider $400 a fair price.
