I lost all that weight between September 2005 and September 2006. I'll see if I can find my CHUNKY pic of me on the bike and then again a year later. I'ts rather noticeable change going from 235 pounds to 178!!
This year.... I've only ridden 5500 miles.

I missed the first 2-1/2 monthsof the season to strep throat/tonsilitis and then pneumonia. I'm about 12 pounds heavier than I was last year right now, but I'm losing 1 to 1.5 pounds a week.
I see, BTW congratulations on the weight lose. The math worked out to 250 a week, I am lucky if I get 120 per week, my biggest week this year was only 180 miles. I do have a full time job though.
I had help with my weight lose. I was 350 on December 31, 2005. Now after gastric bypass and 1600 miles last year, 3500 miles so far this year, I am at 202. I would love to be 178, but I won't be able to get that low.
