I had help with my weight lose. I was 350 on December 31, 2005. Now after gastric bypass and 1600 miles last year, 3500 miles so far this year, I am at 202. I would love to be 178, but I won't be able to get that low.
Thanks, but I'm no longer 178. I'm 190 right now, but back to losing at my usual pace...
I got sick and sat in a bed for over 2 months at the beginning of the season... not only did I eat, but I also lost most of my fitness. Messed me up for the entire year!
My plan is to get down to 168-170 though that may prove to be impossible as that's what I weighed as a freshman in college (I'm 39 now)...
