Hey! I thought these pics looked familiar. I was just reading the Bicycle Megathread in W&W. Anyhow, that's a great bike to upgrade to from your old hybrid. If you can find cleats for the pedals, just use those. Other than that, maybe get a new saddle. Enjoy!
