You live in London...There are lots of old Reynolds frames in London waiting for a new home. My suggestion would be to compile a list of your local waste refuge/recycle center/dumps. They get bikes and often a Reynolds 531 will show up. Check your local thrifts. How about a Bob Jackson? It might stretch the budget a little bit but save your pennies and you can have one sweet ride.
