Rode another TT today (Santiago Canyon course) and I was shooting for a sub 30 minute time on this 11 mile hilly course. It had rained up until about an hour before the race. The roads were mostly wet and a bit scary on the descents. I was 1 mile from the finish and my computer showed just at 28 minutes. The finish is basically downhill and I was going 30+ MPH on this stretch. Stopped my computer just after I crossed the line and it showed 29:49. However, when I got back to the start where they posted the official results, the board showed 30:01. Not sure why my computer was so far off but, c'est la vie.
