It has downtube shifters. And treefox saw the 1" quill stem. I've seen these frames, the carbon tubes are glued into aluminum lugs. It looks like it has an aluminum fork, too.

Make sure the carbon tubes are still securely glued. Search here on BF for aluminum forks, I remember some mentions of aluminum fork failures.
