And it's true, irregardless is not a word. This reminds me of a joke. So this guy is in Miami, teaching English to a classroom of immigrants. He says, "In English we avoid using two negative statements one after the other. That is a grammatical error called a double-negative, can actually be interpreted as a positive statement.
