That ride north from Kipling looks OK - I wonder if it'd be nicer to adapt the route to go north through the Humber valley (prettier than concrete at least) - I've taken that path system all the way north to Steeles and it's nice, much nicer to ride along than streets.
There are quite a few options to get out and onto the roads to turn west and head into Miss./Brampton. 120k+ let's say ~30k to get in/out of town itself, 150k in a days work won't be bad. If I can do it, I'd bet everyone here can.
