Not true, I was able to pick up the frame/fork at Freewheel in SF. Maybe they were being nice and they parted it to me. Bianchi said on the site they sell it as a frame/fork set, but most dealers don't for some reason.

Whoever is looking for frame/fork only, just try asking really really nice once you find it.
