Finally got my legs back today after riding a hilly metric century on Sunday. I've been dragging a little since then as my legs recovered. I usually ride harder on Wednesdays anyway, so my legs will still have a couple of days to recover by the weekend. My weekend rides are usually much faster and longer than my commutes. Of course, I can draft in a paceline on my weekend rides, while I'm always riding solo on my commutes (and also carrying a lot more weight).
