Again a slight correction. You can often find road tubulars on Ebay for $30/pair plus $10 +/- for glue. Clinchers are also available at taht price, but a lot of the better ones, such as GP4000s, can be as high as $90/pair plus $12 +/- for tubes. Other tubulars can be upwards of $90 each. Let the buyer beware, but the costs can be pretty good with both ftypes. If you already have tubular wheels, don't spend the money to change them out for clinchers. Same thing if you already have clinchers.
