Not a weekend, but I rode from work today (since it was nice out). I was hauling ass today.
DT San Jose (Santa Clara & Market) to San Mateo (mid city. 24th Ave, few blocks W of El Camino)
- 33 miles
- Ride time 1:46
- Avg speed 19 MPH (remember I have to slow down for stop signs/red lights)
- Relatively full backpack (maybe 12lbs or so)
- Lots of head wind!!!!
I think this is my highest avg speed for my commute thus far. I was trying to beat the sun home, since I left work at almost 5 PM!!!
