Don't leave your car ANYWHERE for 3 days in the city, and don't leave anything in sight inside the car, or it will get stolen. Park it in a lot, if you stay in a hotel, there are plenty of cheap ones around Union Square, and you should get a deal on parking in a lot. Worth the money, my roomies beat-ass VW got broken into recently, you see broken glass in little piles everywhere, especially weekends.
