I am pleased that my 23-year-old elder son now has and uses 3 bikes: the 1992 Specialized HardRock mountain bike from his teenage years, a 2007 Cannondale Rush mountain bike (graduation present from me, although he did the shopping, selecting, and negotiating and I simply paid for it), and my old 1980 Peugeot PKN-10E road bike.
