Thanks guys. I haven't ridden them yet, so no assessment of the bearings under load. They are on a new Soloist.
Like I said, I have new bearings on the way from zipp, which I was going to replace anyway since these are used wheels. The rear bearings have a little catch in them but the fronts are glass smooth. Both wheels have about equal play by hand feel. I noticed it initially when I heard the wheels rattle when the bike was lightly bounced on the floor. Either way, new rollers all around on the way, should help a little, I'll let the shop guy check them on the frame too.
