Bikes: Yes

Anchorage: Best I've lived in so far (Suburban Maryland, Fargo, Minneapolis, Virginia Beach, Erie, Kansas City, Fort Worth), and actually pretty good if they could spend more time dealing with snow.

Fort Worth: Very bad.
